参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗中晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效分析

Analysis on the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection auxiliary in treatment of middle-late gastrointestinal malignant tumor

目的探讨参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗中晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取重庆三峡中心医院2011年12月~2012年12月收治的90例中晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象。应用随机数字表法将中晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者分为对照组与观察组。2组患者均采用同一放化疗方案,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用参芪扶正注射液,比较2组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,对照组治疗总有效率为80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应主要是血液学毒性和消化道不良反应,以Ⅰ~Ⅱ级为主,患者经过对症处理后均耐受,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者在恶心呕吐、腹泻、白细胞减少方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗中晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤临床疗效确切,具有安全高效和减少患者放化疗不良反应等特点。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection auxiliary in treatment of middle-late gastrointestinal malignant tumor. Methods 90 patients of gastrointestinal malignant tumor admitted in Sanxia Central Hospital from December 2011 to December 2012 were chosed as the research objects,and divided into control group(cases = 40) and observation group(cases = 40) by random number table. Patients in two groups were given the same radiation scheme,patients in observation group were added Shenqi Fuzheng injection. The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions in two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95. 56%,higher than 80. 00% of control group(P < 0. 05). Adverse reactions in two groups were mainly hematology toxicity and gastrointestinal side effects,with Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ level,they can tolerate after symptomatic treatment. Compared with control group,the cases of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,leukopenia in observation group were lower(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection auxiliary in treatment of middle-late gastrointestinal malignant tumor is clear and quite. It is safe and effective and can reduce side effects in patients with radiotherapy.
