丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical observation of danshen chuanxiongqin injection in treatment of coronary disease angina pectoris

目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液对心绞痛的治疗作用。方法选取2010年11月~2012年12月山西省吕梁市离石区人民医院收治的240例心绞痛患者,随机均分为2组,对照组120例给予常规西药治疗,观察组120例在对照组基础上加服丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,观察比较2组患者疾病缓解情况。结果观察组患者显效率为62.5%,总有效率为95%,显著高于对照组的显效率56.7%和总有效率为87.5%(P<0.05);观察组心电图总有效率92.5%,显著高于对照组的84.2%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组心绞痛平均每周发作(3.2±0.3)次,每次持续时间为(3.3±0.4)min,较治疗前和对照组治疗后发作情况改善明显(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液可有效缓解心绞痛症状,改善微循环。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on angina pectoris. Methods 240 cases of angina pectoris patients admitted in Lishi District People's Hospital of Lvliang City from November 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two group,control group(120 cases) were treated with regular western medicine,observation group(120 cases) were added Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on the basis of control group. The condition of disease remission in two groups were observed and compared. Results The efficiency and total efficiency in observation group were 62. 5% and 95%,which were significantly higher than 56. 7% and 87. 5% in control group(P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of ECG in observation group was 92. 5%,significantly higher than 84. 2% in control group(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the average onset angina weekly in observation group was(3. 2 ± 0. 3) times,the during time was(3. 3 ± 0. 4) min,which were improved significantly than before treatment and that of control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection can effectively alleviate the symptoms of angina,improve microcirculation.
