查阅大量近几年国内外文献,对胡黄连苷Ⅱ(picrosideⅡ)药理作用与药物代谢进行汇总、概括。胡黄连苷Ⅱ具有多种药理活性,对肝脏、大脑、心脏、肾脏有显著的保护作用,具有抗氧化、抗炎、平喘等功效,胡黄连苷Ⅱ亲水性较强,胃肠道吸收少,而且在胃肠道中容易水解,导致口服生物利用度低,主要经胆汁和尿液排泄。胡黄连苷Ⅱ药理作用确切,可以作为一种潜在药物加以研究开发。

To look up lots of literatures home and abroad,summarize the pharmacological effects and drug metabolism of picroside Ⅱ. Picroside Ⅱhas a variety of pharmacological activities,which can significantly protect liver damage,anti-oxidation,anti-asthma and other effects. Because of highly hydrophilic,low gastrointestinal absorption and hydrolyzed easily in the gastrointestinal tract,oral bioavailability of Picroside Ⅱ is lower,and excreted via the bile and urine mainly. Picroside Ⅱ has exact pharmacological effects,it is worthy of studing as a potential drug to develope.
