Common variants of MODY genes and polygenic forms of diabetes
摘要
近年研究表明,单基因糖尿病致病基因的高频多态位点可能影响多基因糖尿病的遗传易感性.这些高频多态本身对基因表达或活性的影响比较微弱甚至并不明显,但可增加个体的糖尿病患病风险.
