Opportunities for Vanadium Microalloying in AHSS for the Automotive Sector

摘要 回顾了过去10年发表的在扁平材中使用钒微合金化技术所取得的一些进步,并讨论了该技术在汽车用先进高强钢(AHSS)中的应用;探讨了该技术对系列钢种可能带来的益处,这些钢种包括双相(DP)钢、全贝氏体钢、相变诱发塑性(TRIP)钢、孪生诱发塑性(TWIP)钢,并提供了示例。此外,还提出了值得AHSS生产商提供支持、应当持续研究的领域。 In this article we review some of the advances made in Vanadium microalloying technology for flat products published over the past 10 years and discuss their application to Advanced High Strength Steels(AHSS) for the automotive sector. The potential benefits to a range of steel grades including Dual Phase(DP),fully bainitic,TRansformation Induced Plasticity(TRIP) and TWinning Induced Plasticity(TWIP) are discussed and examples are given. Areas of ongoing research which merit support from AHSS producers are identified.
