眼科光学相干断层扫描技术的新进展 被引量:4

New development of optical coherence tomography in ophtalmology

摘要 光学相干断层扫描是一种实时、高分辨率及无损伤的眼科辅助检查,可以成像视网膜和脉络膜的横断面。近年来长波长光学相干断层扫描、扫频光学相干断层扫描及多普勒光学相干断层扫描等新的光学相干断层扫描技术不断出现,这些新技术有助于提高视网膜和脉络膜的成像质量。现就上述新的光学相干断层扫描技术进行综述,旨在引起临床医生的广泛关注。 Optical coherence tomography is a real time,highresolution,noninvasive ancillary test in ophthalmic practice.It provides cross-sectional images of the retina and choroid.Recent years, new OCT technologies were introduced constantly, such as longer wavelength, swept source technology and Doppler optical coherence tomography and so on.These technologies will improve image quality of the retina and choroid.In this paper, the development of these technologies is introduced in detail in order to generate concern in clinicians.
