The lastest unstanding of congenital nystagmus

先天性眼球震颤是一种原因不详、表现复杂、危害较重且难以治疗的先天性眼病。该病虽然不属于常见病或多发病,但在临床上并非罕见。笔者根据国内外的研究进展,结合个人的工作经验,在先天性眼球震颤的病因、分类及手术治疗方面,阐述个人观点,以期与眼科同道交流和探讨。

Congenital nystagmus is a seriously harm disease, which is not rare in clinical practice but still difficult to be treated. Combining personal working experiences in the surgical treatment of congenital nystagmus with studies in its etiologies and classification , the authors review the related literature on congenital nystagmus and express their personal views in order to open a discussion for further study.
