摘要
基因敲除是通过同源重组将外源基因定点整合入靶细胞基因组上某一确定的位点,以达到定点修饰、改造染色体上某一基因目的的技术之一。近年来通过基因敲除技术建立相关动物模型,促进眼科基础研究迅速发展。笔者就基因敲除动物在眼科领域的研究与应用进行综述,并浅谈其不足。
Gene knockout by homologous recombination of the exogenous gene targeted integration into the genome of target cells on a certain sites, in order to achieve the purpose of a sentinel modified transformation on chromosome a gene technology.By gene knockout technology to establish a relevant animal model, so that the the ophthalmic basic research has developed rapidly in recent years. This paper summarizes the research and application of knockout animals in the field of ophthalmology, and give a brief discussion on its deficiencies.
