摘要
黄斑劈裂是高度近视眼常见的眼底并发症之一,光学相干断层扫描能直观显示其形态特征,目前其确切的发病机制尚不明确。早期患者常无视力下降的主诉,部分患者可继发黄斑裂孔、黄斑前膜和视网膜脱离等严重并发症,引起视力下降和视物变形等症状。治疗方式包括激光、手术和药物。本文主要对高度近视眼黄斑劈裂的流行病学、发病机制、转归及治疗新进展作一综述。
Foveoschisis is one of the common complications of high myopia.OCT can directly display its morphological characteristics.The specific pathogenesis is not clear now.At the early stage, usually no vision impairment is complained of.However, severe complications such as macular hole, epiretinal membranes and retinal detachment will cause visual loss and metamorphopsia.There are several options for treating foveoschisis, including laser therapy, surgery and medicine.This article reviews the epidemiology,pathogenesis,natural course and treatment of high myopic foveoschisis.
