青光眼患者小梁切除术后营养素摄入与伤口愈合关系的研究进展

Research development of the relationship between nutrients intake and trabeculectomy in glaucoma patients

对于青光眼患者,成功的小梁切除术是建立一个将房水从前房引流入结膜下的通道并在结膜下形成有功能的滤过泡。成纤维细胞增殖和滤过泡瘢痕化是导致滤过泡失败的主要原因。影响术后伤口愈合的因素很多,其中全身营养状态及各种营养素的摄入是重要影响因素之一。目前,营养素对小梁切除术后滤过泡瘢痕化影响的研究较少。本文对此领域的研究进展进行复习,并对不同营养素对术后伤口愈合过程产生的影响加以综述。

The purpose of successful trabeculectomy is to build a passage of aqueous humor from the anterior chamber to the subconjunctival space for glaucoma patients,which results in the formation of a filtering bleb. Fibroblast proliferation and subconjunctival fibrosis are the main causes of bleb failure. Many factors may influence the process of wound healing. This article summarizes the process of wound healing after trabeculectomy,describing factors that may affect success and mainly provides information regarding nutrients intake to improve the surgery.
