肥胖对腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术临床效果的影响 被引量：4

摘要 随着人们现代化生活方式以及膳食结构的改变和体力活动减少,肥胖人群数量有逐年增加的趋势,外科医生对肥胖胃癌患者实施手术治疗的机会也在增多.肥胖是体内脂肪堆积过多和/或分布异常的一种状态.由于肥胖患者常伴有重要脏器生理功能改变及容易合并糖尿病、心血管疾病、某些肿瘤及其它一些慢性疾病等重要危险因素[1,2],所以,肥胖患者多存在一定程度的机体代谢紊乱,机体对水、电解质等代谢的调节能力下降,对手术的耐受性差.
