摘要胃癌死亡率在世界上仅次于肺癌、高居癌症病死率的第2位、是我国消化道恶性肿瘤第1位.除了日本有大规模的人群筛查外,其他国家多数胃癌患者就诊时,疾病已达进展期.患者的预后和生存与就诊时的肿瘤分期明显相关,但治疗的方式是否影响远期疗效仍还有争论.
