摘要
残疾儿童亲职教育是特殊的亲职教育,其实施具有十分重要的现实意义。我国残疾儿童亲职教育起步较晚,发展较快,但与其他国家和地区相比还存在一些问题和不足。应在全社会树立残疾儿童亲职教育优先发展的理念,从加强立法、健全管理、完善服务、拓展内容、创新形式、培育理念等方面多管齐下,加快推进我国残疾儿童亲职教育事业发展。
The parental education for the disabled children is a special one. It is of great significance to implement. Though parental education started late in China, great achievements have been made. Compared with other countries and areas, it still has some shortcomings in China. We should give priority to developing parental education for the disabled children. Measures should be taken to strengthen the legislation construction, improve the management and service system and innovate the formats, in order to speed up parental education for the disabled children in China.
