残疾儿童家庭支持体系研究综述

A Theoretical Investigation on Family Support System for Children with Disabilities

通过概述残疾儿童社会福利领域中的一种相对有效的"以家庭为中心的支持方式",全面检视"以家庭为中心的支持方式"的概念特征,提出"以家庭为中心"的支持理念:即只有将儿童视为家庭的组成部分并为家庭提供充分的支持时,改善残疾儿童整体的功能状况才成为可能。因此,残疾儿童家庭支持体系建设应以残疾儿童的家庭需要为基础。

The purpose of this paper is to provide basic information about a more effective family-oriented support practice in the fields of social welfare for children with disabilities. For this study, the conceptual features of family-oriented support approach are thoroughly examined. The major support for family-oriented support approach is derived from acceptance of the concept that improving disabled children’s level of function in general is only made possible when the child as a part of the family is fully supported. Thus, family support system for children with disabilities should be based on the family needs of children with disabilities.
