A Review on Parenting Stress on Parents of Autistic Children

孤独症儿童父母的亲职压力水平常高于其他残疾儿童父母,照顾者的年龄,教育水平和儿童的情绪行为及病情均是亲职压力的影响因素,长式、简式亲职压力量表、压力与资源问卷和简式问卷均是常用的亲职压力测量工具。父母亲职压力的相互影响和文化背景是亲职压力的研究趋势,当前的研究存在缺乏实质性研究、纵向的长期跟踪研究不够、推广度受限等不足,需要进一步深入开展。

This paper reviewed the related research on autism children parenting stress, and pointed out its influence factors such as parents’ ages, education level and children’s mood, action and condition. The formal and simple scale of parenting stress, stress and resource questionnaire and simple questionnaire are the measuring tools of parenting stress. It also forecasted future research directions as mutual influence and cultural backgrounds of parenting stress.
