摘要
《2013年度中国残疾人状况及小康进程监测报告》监测结果表明,2013年度残疾人生活状况得到较大改善,特别是收入水平和康复服务的覆盖率明显提高,残疾人小康进程继续向前迈进,反映出加快推进残疾人社会保障体系和服务体系建设的新成效和残疾人事业加快发展的新变化,并针对反映出的困难和问题提出加快和推进残疾人全面建成小康社会的建议。
The results of Monitoring report on disabled people's situation and well-off progress in China in 2013 showed that the living conditions of the disabled people improved obviously in 2013. Notablely, income and rehabilitation service coverage increased quickly; the well-off process of the disabled people continued to move forward. These implied the new results of promoting the construction of social security system and service system for the disabled and the new changes in speeding up the undertakings for the disabled people. This paper also proposed suggestions on how to accelerate comprehensively well-off society for the disabled people.
