摘要
教育是民族振兴的基石,是"保证人人享有他们为充分发挥自己的才能和尽可能牢牢掌握自己的命运而需要的思想、判断、感情和想象方面的自由",教育公平是社会公平的重要基础。但是对于残障妇女这个受到残障歧视和性别歧视双重歧视的弱势群体来说,教育公平存在着明显的缺失。通过对残障妇女受教育状况进行深入的描述,分析残障妇女在城乡、性别差异及与妇女整体之间的差距,阐述教育对残障妇女生存和发展状况的影响,提出相关对策建议。
Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation, and is to ensure their freedom in need of thought, judgment, emotion and imagination, that everyone enjoys them to give full play to their talents and to take control of their own destiny as tightly as possible. Education equity is the important foundation of the social justice. However, education equity has the obvious deficiency for the disabled women who suffer double discriminations of disability and gender. This article described the educational situation of the disabled women, and analyzed the differences in terms of urban and rural areas, disabled men and disabled women, and women and disabled women. Also, it illustrated the impact of the educational level on the living conditions of the disabled women.
