智力残疾人群服务需求研究

A Research on Service Demands among People with Intellectual Disabilities

以第二次全国残疾人抽样调查资料为依据,利用相关性分析法对19218位智力残疾患者曾接受的服务、对服务的需求以及服务需求的满足程度进行了分析,并利用2007～2010年间全国残疾人状况监测数据,研究我国智力残疾人群需求和服务利用现状,观察智力残疾人群需求和服务利用的发展趋势。研究发现,智力残疾人群对服务的需求和利用都局限于医疗服务与救助、贫困残疾人救助与扶持、康复训练与服务等少数几个方面,需求的满足程度亦非常低下,而且存在显著的人群和地域差异。根据研究结论提出相关对策建议。

This study aimed to investigate the status quo of intellectually disabled persons’ demand and utilization of services. Based on the data of the Second National Sampling Survey on Disability, the authors selected 19,218 people with intellectual disabilities, analyzed their utilization, demands, satisfaction towards services by using relevance analysis. Also they observed the development trend of demand and utilization through data from monitoring report on national disabled people’s situation from the year 2007 to 2010. The paper founded out that they only utilized the services in medical service, poor disabled people relief, rehabilitation training and so on. And satisfaction degree of services was relatively low, with regional and population differences. Then the paper further put forward some suggestions.
