农村残疾儿童生存权和发展权状况值得关注——基于《儿童权利公约》和《残疾人权利公约》的分析

More Attentions to China's Rural Disabled Children's Rights to Subsistence and Development--Analysis Based on the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Disability Rights Convention

生存权和发展权对于农村残疾儿童有特殊的涵义和重要意义。本文从《儿童权利公约》和《残疾人权利公约》的角度,结合农村残疾儿童实际,分析我国广大农村地区残疾儿童在生命安全、生存环境、康复治疗、接受教育和参与社会生活等权益保障方面存在的一些问题,挖掘根源,并提出协调社会力量解决问题的措施。

The rights to subsistence and development for the rural disabled children are of special meaning and significance.From the view of Convention on the rights of the child and the Disability Rights Convention,and based on the fact of rural disabled children,this article analyzed some deficiencies and defects of the rights protection for the rural disabled children in terms of safety,environment,rehabilitation, education and participation in social life and searched for the deep roots.Also,it put forward the measures to solve the problems by coordination of social forces.
