摘要
本文从统一比例、人数计算方法、处罚程度、激励措施四个方面分析了我国按比例安排残疾人就业制度存在的问题。在此基础上,结合国外相关经验提出了完善我国按比例安排残疾人就业制度的对策建议。
This article mainly analyzed the problems on Quota Scheme System of Employment for Disabled People in China from four respects,including unity ratio,number calculation method,degree of punishment and incentive measure.Based on above and referred to foreign experience,it proposed some suggestions to improve Quota Scheme System of Employment for Disabled People in China.
