Social Work for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled from the "Strength Perspective"

本文强调以优势视角分析残疾人康复工作,通过把个案、小组以及社区等专业的社会工作方法介入到残疾人医疗、教育、职业、社会等康复工作中,提出构建一个完整的残疾人康复社会工作体系。个案工作的心理社会治疗模式、人本治疗模式、家庭治疗模式;小组工作的互动模式、社会目标模式以及社区工作等,可以与残疾人康复项目有效地结合,从而提高残疾人康复的效果。

This paper put forward a proposal to construct an integrated a social work system devoted to the rehabilitation of the disabled from the Strength Perspective.Social work conducted through cases,groups and communities can be brought into the medical care,education,and professional and social advancement of the disabled.Psycho-social therapy mode,human therapy mode,family therapy mode from social case work; interactive mode,social target mode from social group work and community work integrated with rehabilitation of the disabled effectively,construct a network of aid.
