摘要
老年残疾人康复问题长期受到忽视。本文在分析老年残疾人康复需求特点的基础上,认为老年残疾人康复具有重要的社会意义,体现了一系列新的社会理念,体现了一种新的社会关系,体现了社会的进步和发展。本文最后提出加强宣传、加强政策、加强研究、加强组织、加强引导、加强融合NGO和国外资源等五项建议。
Rehabilitation problem of the disabled elderly is neglected over a long period of time.Based on the analysis of rehabilitation demand characteristics of the disabled elderly,the paper believed that the rehabilitation of the disabled elderly has important social significance,which reflects a series of new social concepts,a new social relation,with social progress and development.In the end,it gave five pieces of advices to improve rehabilitation of the disabled elderly,including enhancing publicity,research,organization,guidance, NGO and foreign resources integration.
