庄子的残疾人思想及其现代启示

Zhuangzi's Thoughts of the Disabled and Its Modern Enlightenments

本文把庄子作为个案来探讨中国传统的残疾人观念,从哲学和社会学的双重视野,通过文献分析法,系统探寻庄子的残疾人思想,并为当今残疾人观念的构建提供借鉴。庄子从道德高于形体的观点出发,对那些身残而德美的残疾人给予了高度的赞扬;主张残疾人达观面对生活,身残而志不残,努力自谋生路;要求社会尊重残疾人,关心和帮助残疾人的生活。庄子的残疾人思想可以为构建现代残疾人价值观和开展残疾人工作带来有益的启示。

In order to reveal the Chinese traditional concepts of the disabled and provide reference value for the contemporary construction of the disability concepts,this paper took Zhuangzi as a case.It systematically explored Zhuangzi's thoughts of the disabled from a dual vision of philosophy and sociology through literature analytical method.The author believed Zhuangzi spoke highly of those disabled of lofty morality and physical disability from the viewpoint of morality higher than physique.Zhuangzi advocated the disabled facing life philosophically,firming in spirit despite broken in body and encouraged them to earn their living.Also he required the society to respect the disabled,care and help the disabled life.Zhuangzi's thoughts of the disabled could be beneficial enlightenments to construct modem values of the disabled and engaged in disability work.
