我国残疾人集中就业扶持政策分析

Analysis on Supporting Policies of Collective Employment for the Disabled in China

我国残疾人集中就业形式对促进残疾人就业发挥了巨大作用,而集中就业的扶持政策是影响其发展的重要因素。本文对我国残疾人集中就业的扶持政策进行深入分析,从优惠幅度下降、认定标准不利于福利企业的发展两个方面剖析了其存在的不足,并在此基础上提出一些对策与建议,以期推动我国残疾人集中就业扶持政策的不断完善。

The collective employment form plays an important role to promote employment for disabled persons in China.And the supporting policies are important factors affecting its development.This article made an in-depth analysis on the current supporting policies in collective employment form for disabled persons in China and pointed out two disadvantages for development of welfare enterprise:decreasing preferential ranges and determination standards.And on this basis,it advanced some measures as references to further improve these supporting policies.
