精神病人在社区能否得到有效的康复服务照料,直接关系到公共卫生事业能否走可持续发展的科学道路。本文探索社区"五位一体"(专业工作者、监护人、社工、亲友协会、行政管理人员)的运转模式,在帮助病人逐步自理生活、回归社会方面做了必要的实践。"五位一体"倡导"自转"与"公转"的理念已经在长宁区各社区康复照料机构常态坚持数年,显现出的社会效应和经济效益受到病人、家属、社会各界的肯定。

To provide efficient rehabilitation services to the psychotic in community is an important aspect for public health undertakings to sustainable development.This paper aimed to explore the 'five-inone' (professionals,guardians,social workers,relatives association and administrative personnel) operation mechanism of the psychotic in community.It helps them to gradually take care of themselves and return to the society.This operation mechanism has been implemented in community rehabilitation institutions in Changning District for years.Its social and economic benefits have gained the praise from their family members and the community.
