摘要
成人肱骨上段是原发恶性骨肿瘤最好发的部位之一，也是转移癌的好发部位[1-3]。约95%的肩胛带肿瘤可以施行保肢术，用假体重建肱骨上段的骨缺损[4-6]。恶性骨肿瘤的治疗已经进入了一个比较成熟的阶段，新辅助化疗及广泛性切除的理念已得到广泛推广。保肢手术已成为治疗肢体恶性骨肿瘤的经典方法。新辅助化疗能早期消灭微小转移灶并能缩小原发肿瘤，有利于随后的保肢治疗，还可能通过评估肿瘤对化疗的反应，提供体内化疗敏感性试验的信息。
