肱骨距的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 肱骨近端骨折大多发生在老年人群中,主要因老年人骨质疏松引起的低能量的稳定性骨折,是继股骨近端、桡骨远端骨折之后,在四肢骨折排名第三,大约占四肢骨折的5%[1],男女比例约1∶6[2]。随着社会人口结构的老年化,肱骨近端骨折呈上成趋势,尤其是绝经后妇女的数量有增多的趋势。由于年龄、性别及受损的骨骼质量的变化,累及肱骨距的复杂和不稳定肱骨近端骨折的发生率不断增加[3],临床治疗这一类型的骨折仍然是一挑战,现将肱骨距研究及治疗进展综述如下。
