930454 Studies on T-lymphocyte activationand T—cell subsets in patients with adult T—cellleukemia and HTLV-I carriers.CHENYuanzhong(陈元仲),et al.Fujian Instit Hema-tol,Fuzhou,350000.Chin J Mierobiol & Im-munol 1993;13(2):109—111.The expressions of T-cell surface antigenwere studied in 2 cases of ATL and 16 HTLV—Icarriers by indirect immuno—fluorescence assay.It was found that the percentages of CD25,CD38and CD71 positive cells in both ATL patients andthe carriers were much higher than those of con-trols and that there was a positive correlation be-tween the percentages of CD25,CD71 positivecells and the titres of anti—HTLV—I antibody.
