摘要
研究了在弱酸介质中,利用铁(Ⅲ)对高碘酸钾氧化溴酚蓝的催化作用,建立了催化光度方法测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)的新方法,该方法线性范围在0~48μg/L、检测限为 3.1× 10^(-7)·L^(-1)。测定出反应表观活化能为 Ea=98.66KJ/mol。此法用于水样中微量铁的测定,结果满意。
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace iron (Ⅲ) was established.It was based on the Fe (Ⅲ) catalyzed discoloring reaction of Bromophenol blue by potassium periodatein the presence of Hac-NaAc solution (PH=3.6). The sensitivity of method is 3.1 ×10^(-7)g/L. Therang of determination is 0-48μg/L The apparent activation of catalytic reaction is 98. 66KJ. mol-1.The method has been applied to the determination of iron in water samples with satisfactory results.
