随着越来越多的企业"走出去"开展跨国经营,对我国经济社会发展产生了深远的影响。但与此同时,企业"走出去"仍存在外部环境不完善以及自身存在问题等诸多障碍。为促进企业"走出去"的发展,采取完善"走出去"的各项法律、政策及管理体制,应加强对"走出去"的服务和指导、加强对"走出去"的引导和协调、加大人员培训力度、培育核心竞争力、完善跨国企业经营管理机制等对策,以便为促进我国经济发展做出更大贡献。

More and more enterprises'Go Abroad' to run international business, which has considerable effect on our economic development. However, there are problems for'Going Abroad' such as the incompletion of outer environment and the problems of the enterprises themselves. In order to encourage enterprises'Go Abroad', we should perfect the laws, policies, and administration mechanism. We should guide'Going Abroad', pay attention to train employees, enhance the competition and perfect the solution for operation and administration system to promote the development of our economy.
