PET/CT在眼部肿瘤性病变中的临床应用
摘要
PET/CT是当今医学影像学的重大革命,PET可从分子水平进行功能和代谢成像,CT则侧重于形态和定位成像,两者的有机融合可更有效地对疾病进行定位、定性、定量、定期诊断,并指导临床进行个体化治疗。过去,由于头部结构复杂,眼部结构精细,PET在眼科中应用很少。
