血糖浓度影响肝脏及胰腺FDG摄取的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究在18F-FDGPET/CT检查中血糖浓度对肝脏摄取FDG的影响。方法分析30例行18F-FDGPET/CT全身扫描的健康体检者肝脏和胰腺的最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)与血糖浓度、年龄、肝脏和胰腺的CT值之间的关系。结果肝脏的SUVmax与血糖浓度具有明显相关性(r=0.61,P<0.05),肝脏SUVmax与年龄及肝脏CT值无显著相关性(P>0.05),胰腺SUVmax与血糖浓度、胰腺CT值及患者年龄无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论血糖浓度是肝脏SUV的重要影响因素,血糖浓度升高,肝脏SUV随之增大。因此,行18F-FDGPET/CT检查前应将血糖控制在合理范围内,图像判读时应充分考虑血糖浓度对肝脏FDG摄取的影响。 Objective To explore the effects of blood glucose level on FDG uptake by liver in 18F-FDG PET/CT.Methods 18F-FDG PET/CT studies of 30 patients were analyzed for standardized uptake value(SUV),blood glucose level,age,the liver and pancreas CT value.Results Correlation between liver SUVmax and blood glucose level is significant(r = 0.61,P < 0.05),Correlation between liver SUVmax and age,and the liver CT value is not significant(P > 0.05).Correlation between pancreas SUVmax and blood glucose level,age and the pancreas CT value is not significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion The blood sugar concentration is an important impact factor of liver SUV.Blood glucose level heats up,and liver SUV immediately increases.Therefore,before the 18F-FDG PET/CT scanning blood glucose level should be controled within the reasonable scope.We must take the effects of blood glucose level on FDG uptake by liver into consideration,while judging the imaging.
