论打防“两抢”犯罪中的队所协作机制

On the Mechanism of Cooperation of Criminal Police Team and Police Station in Preventing and Striking the Crimes of Two Kinds of Grabbing

打防"两抢"犯罪的三个难点以及队所的职责分工,决定了队所之间必须加强协作。公安机关在队所协作机制建设方面已经取得了部分成功经验,但是也还面临着一些问题。公安机关要以打防"两抢"犯罪为契机,以有效遏制"两抢"犯罪发案势头和减少"两抢"犯罪为目标,逐步完善队所协作机制。

The three difficulties in preventing and striking the crimes of two kinds of grabbing and the duties division determine that the criminal police team and police station should strengthen their cooperation.The public security organs have succeeded in the mechanism construction of cooperation between criminal police team and police station to some degree,but there are still some problems.Therefore,the public security organs should make use of the juncture of preventing and striking the crimes and perfect the cooperation mechanism between criminal police and police station,in order to keep the crimes within limits and reduce the occurrence of the cases.
