In order to enhance the abilities of prevention and control and striking the crimes,pull off the general goal of maintaining the persistent stabilization of peace order,we must put the policing contact ways between the criminal brigade and police stations in order,perfect the collaboration mechanism which combines the strike and prevention and integrates detection,prevention and patrol.
