摘要
In this paper,the dominance of the national enterprise and current situation of project management are analyzed on the basis of sum of Phase Ⅰ Construction management of the Three Gorges Project.From the start point of idea modification and inner reformation of enterprise,some of concrete suggestions enhancing the project management, are offered in the paper.
