人类对优秀的追求有着悠久的历史传统,"优秀人"与社会之间的关系也随着历史发展而变化着。古代共同体是"优秀人"存在的社会境遇,也决定了"优秀人"融入社会的种种条件。现代社会是一个更强调自主与个性的具有个人主义特色的社会,整合"优秀人"与社会的关系成为一个时代课题。和谐社会为个体与社会关系的相互协调提供了一条整合的路径,实现"优秀人"与社会关系的和谐一致。

There exists a long history of pursuing excellence for human beings.The relationships between elite people and the society also change with the historical evolution.Ancient communities rendered adequate scope,as well as rigid requirements for the elite people to get in harmony with their surroundings,while the modern world is characterized by its accentuation on autonomy and individuality,hence,to accomplish a full conformity and integration between the elite people and the society appears to hit the new era as a project of prime significance.The paper illustrates that the establishment of a harmonious society will surely pave an ideal way for the correspondence of elite people and the society on a basis of mutual-benefits.
