摘要
人才资源是最重要的战略资源,而创新型人才又是人才资源最有价值的资源。创新型人才是以创新为主要特征的人才,包括基本素质、知识技能和创新业绩三个方面的内容。创新型人才评价是对创新型人才这一特殊的群体进行价值判断,它对于加强全省人才工作的开展、推动人才强省战略的实施、促进我省科学和谐发展起着至关重要的作用。
The Talent Resources (TR) is the most important strategic resource,and the innovative talent is the most valuable resource of TR.Innovative talent bears the character of innovation,including the basic quality,knowledge and skills and the performance innovation.Innovative talent assessment is the value judgments to the special group human resources--innovative talent,which plays a vital role to strengthen TR work of our province,to promote implementation of strategy to strengthen our province by relying on talents.Thus,the harmonious society will be established in our province.
