摘要
本研究基于Ryff多维心理幸福理论,通过对148名中小型民营企业"80后"员工工作幸福感的问卷调查,检验了由"工作价值"、"福利待遇"、"发展前景"、"环境驾御"、"自我接受"、"人际关系"、"自主性"组成的7维度工作幸福感模型,着重分析不同人口变量的"80后"员工对工作幸福感构成维度的重视程度及不同群体在各维度上的显著性差异。最后根据分析结果提出具有针对性的激励策略。
Based on Ryff's psychological well-being scales,a seven dimensions model of job-related happiness consisted of 'job value','welfare','development prospects','environmental hold ','self-acceptance','interpersonal relationship' and 'autonomy' was tested by surveying a total of 148 subjects from some small and medium-sized private enterprises(SME).The study mainly analyzes the different 80s'attention to dimensions of job-related happiness and the significant difference in each dimension of different groups.Finally,its puts forward some targeted incentive strategies based on the results.
