摘要
农村廉政文化是我国农村地区在马克思主义科学理论的指导下,在广大农村干部群众的推动和支持下所形成的以廉政制度为基础、以廉政理论为统领、以廉政思想为核心的物质文化、制度文化和精神文化的总和,它是我国社会主义廉政文化与农村实际相结合的产物,是廉政文化与农村文化的有机统一体。农村廉政文化具有廉洁性和包容性的品质特点、普遍性和特殊性的主体特点、亲民性和多样性的形式特点、实践性和发展性的哲学特点,在广大农村地区发挥着重要的教化功能、导向功能、规范功能、凝聚功能和监督功能。
Guided by Marxist scientific theories and formed by the promotion and support of the cadres and masses in rural areas,the incorruption culture in rural areas is formed with the material culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture based on the incorrupt system,the incorrupt theories and incorrupt thoughts.It is a mixture of our socialist incorrupt culture and the rural reality as well as an organic unity of incorrupt culture and rural culture.With the characteristics of integrity and inclusiveness in quality,universality and particularity in the subject,popularity and diversity in form,and practice and development in philosophy,it plays an important role in enlightenment,guidance,regulation,cohesion and supervision in rural areas.
