论校友工作对促进在校生成长的重要意义

On the Significance of Alumni Work in the Growth of Undergraduates

开发校友资源,挖掘校友潜力,加强校友与在校生的互动,是促进在校生成长成才的一条重要渠道。本文立足于现实问题,分析了校友工作对在校生的重要意义,并结合问卷调查分析了当前校友工作存在的问题和困难,以福州大学校友工作为例提出了直接与在校生挂钩,增强校友工作实效性,促进在校生成长的具体措施,以期为进一步提升校友工作水平献计献策。

It is an important channel to make the undergraduates grow and develop by taking the advantage of the alumni resources,potentials and strengthening the interactions between alumni and undergraduates.This paper analyzes the importance of the alumni work to undergraduates and the problems and difficulties existing in it with the data collected from questionnaires.Taking the alumni work of Fuzhou University as an example,it proposes some specific methods to build up direct links with the undergraduates in order to enhance the effectiveness of the alumni work and promote the growth and development of undergraduates,in the hope of making contributions to the further improvement of alumni work.
