浙江工人阶层生存发展状况调查及思考

Investigation and Thought on Living and Developing Situations of Working Class in ZheJiang

调查发现,浙江工人阶层文化程度有极大提高、生活质量有明显改善、竞争意识强烈,但他们相对收入下降,生活压力较大,自我认同度不高。对此,应从调节收入分配、健全保障机制、提升流动能力等多方面着手,寻求应对之策。

The investigation shows that the working class in Zhejiang has made a great progress in their cultural background,in their living quality and they develop a strong knowledge of the competitiveness.However,their relative income declines,their living pressure grows higher,and their self-identity becomes lower,which should be solved from such aspects as regulating their income distribution,improving their security mechanism,improving their various competences,etc.
