高校电子党务存在着意识、技术、管理等三大信息安全问题,要从强化信息安全意识、建立信息安全管理团队、加强信息安全管理、完善管理机制、加强保密等级管理等方面做好高校电子党务信息安全防范。

There are three main problems existing in the electronic information security of party affairs in colleges and universities as the following: ideology,technology and management.Therefore the precautions against electronic information security of party affairs should be taken from the perspectives of making people's information security awareness,strengthening the information security management,improving information security system and managing the information with varieties of secret classification system.
