从美国次贷危机看我国商业银行信贷风险管理

Credit Risk Management of Chinese Commercial Banks from Aspect of American Subprime Mortgage Crisis

本文通过对次贷危机的形成、爆发及其成因分析,得出了次贷危机之所以能发展成为波及全球的金融危机,关键因素是美国金融市场上过度的资产证券化和对CDO产品高级别的信用评级放大了信用风险,使得风险从金融机构向非金融机构转移,最后波及到了全球的实体经济。最后结合我国商业银行房地产信贷的特点,分析了我国商业银行信贷管理中所蕴含的风险,提出了在目前我国金融市场还不成熟的情况下,解决我国信贷风险过分集中于商业银行的途径就是大力发展信用违约互换。

The article probes into the formation of American subprime mortgage crisis,the causes of its outbreak and the inevitable spread of the global financial crisis.It is pointed out that the key factor of the subprime mortgage crisis lies in the fact that the excessive ABS and high-grade credit rating of CDO made the credit risks amplified.By analyzing the characteristics of Chinese commercial banks in real-estate credit,it is concluded that the best way to solve the excessive credit risks imbodied in the Chinese commercial bank is to establish and develop the system of credit default swaps due to our immature financial market.
