摘要
现代大学的目标不是自动实现的,而需要一系列的制度安排来实施,这种制度安排就是治理。构建和谐高校是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。本文探讨了大学治理与和谐高校之间的关系,指出了大学治理面临的主要问题,提出了要通过加强大学治理,梳理和规范大学内外各种关系,健全完善高校内部管理运行体制和机制,促进高校可持续健康和谐发展。
The goals of modern universities can not be realized automatically,but to be achieved by a series of institutional arrangements called management.The construction of harmonious university is an important part of building harmonious society.The relationship between university management and harmonious university is discussed in this paper.It also points out some problems we are faced in the course of the university management.In order to realize a sustainable and harmonious development of the university,we should reinforce the management,adjust the relationship between the university and society,and improve the internal management system in running.
