高校科技创新对浙江企业转型升级的作用与政策

The Function of College Technology Innovation to the Transformation and Upgrading of Enterprises in Zhengjiang Province

中小企业只有通过转型升级才能摆脱国际金融危机造成的困境,而技术创新是中小企业转型升级的根本途径。高校是区域创新体系的重要组成部分,是促进中小企业转型升级的重要力量。但高校在推动企业技术转型升级方面还存在不少障碍,应进一步制定相关政策,大力支持高校创新资源向企业扩散,建立校企合作研发的多元化投融资机制,有效发挥高校科技创新对浙江企业转型升级的作用。

Small and medium enterprise(SME) could only shake off the predicament caused by international financial crisis by transforming and upgrading,and it is the technology innovation that is the fundamental channel for SME to get transformed and upgraded.Colleges and universities are the important part of the regional innovation system and the /important capacity to promote transformation and upgrading of SME.However,there are many obstacles to colleges and universities.Therefore some relevant policies should be made in order to make the innovation resources of colleges and universities applied into the enterprises.It is helpful to establish diversified investment and financing mechanisms of cooperative research and development between colleges and enterprises so as to make it play an effective role in transforming and upgrading enterprises in Zhejiang Province.
