摘要
高等教育规模的迅猛扩张、互联网等现代科技手段的广泛运用、社会的重大变革等,促进了社会思潮、思想观点、行为方式的多元化,也使大学教与学的矛盾日益凸显,这对和谐育人的环境建设提出了新的挑战,事关大学生的成才和高校的健康发展。为此,文章基于心理契约理论,分析了教与学之间矛盾的现状及形成根源,研究了明确合理的期望、良好沟通渠道的建立、学生未来职业生涯科学规划、"以人为本"的管理制度的建立等因素对构建和谐育人环境的重要性,进而提出了基于心理契约的和谐育人环境营造机制,有助于高校育人环境的优化。
The rapid expansion of higher education,the widespread of Internet and other modern scientific and technological means applied and major changes in society promote the diversification of social trends of thought,ideas,behavior patterns,and also makes the contradiction between the teaching faculty and students prominent,which challenges against building a harmonious education environment.The article analyses the the status quo and causes of the contradiction between teaching and learning based on the psychological contract theory.It is significant that a clear and reasonable expectation,the establishment of a good communication channel,the scientific planning of students' future career and the establishment of 'people-oriented' management system in building a mechanism of harmonious education environment are all integrated together.It also puts forward a suggestion that creating a harmonious education environment based on psychological contract can help colleges and universities optimize the education environment.
