论我国大学内部权力结构模式及其改革方向

On the Power Structure Model and it's Reform of the Universities in China

我国大学内部权力结构由政治权力、行政权力、学术权力和其他利益群体权力共同组成。内部权力结构的基本特征是:党政关系不顺,行政权力膨胀,学术权力式微,学生权力缺失。因此,理顺党政关系,规范行政权力,加强学术权力,提升学生权力,理应成为我国大学内部权力结构调整和改革的基本方向。

The power structure of the universities in our country is made up of political power, administrative power, academic power and the other various special groups with the same benefit. The basic characters of its power structure are as follows: the ill-relationships between the party affairs and the administration, the expansion of administrative power, the weakness of academic power and the lack of students' rights. Therefore, it should be the basic goal of the adjustment of the power structure and the reform of the universities in our country to smooth out the relationships between the party affairs and the administration, regulate the administrative power, strengthen the academic power and improve the students' rights.
