研究生招生规模的日益扩大,国家对高层次人才需求的日益增加,使得建立有效的质量保证机制显得尤为重要。通过对美国研究生招生考试制度及其特点的剖析,挖掘和提炼美国在研究生招生过程中的管理思想和先进理念。同时客观的分析我国现行制度下的研究生招生过程中存在的问题,并借鉴美国的管理经验,结合我国的实际国情,提出一套适合我国现实情况的研究生招生工作体系,完善我国在研究生招生过程中的质量保证机制,从而促进我国研究生教育的健康发展。

With the increasing number of the recruiting students and the demanding for well-educated persons in China, it is obvious that establishing effective quality control mechanism becomes more and more important. By analyzing the system and characters of the entrance examination of the United States, people can find out their management thoughts and advanced ideas in the process of recruiting students. Through Comparing the existing problems objectively under the system of recruiting graduate students in our country, learning lessons from the management experiences of the USA, putting forward a set of systems adapting to our realistic circumstance and perfecting our recruiting graduate student mechanism, the healthy improvement of our graduate education will be achieved.
