摘要
针对教学型高校科研水平较低、制约自身发展的现状以及面临的机遇与挑战,本文从科技人才的可持续性发展、科研方向的制定和特色学科建设、科研课题的申请与资助以及学科建设经费的支持、科研奖励与绩效评价体系的建立等方面探讨了教学型高校科研水平可持续发展的措施。
Lower scientific research level in teaching colleges and universities restricts their development. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a series of improving measures from four aspects: the talent sustainable development, the fields of scientific research and the build-up of the feature disciplines, the application for scientific research programs and the investment in discipline's construction, the system of scientific research reward and achievement evaluation .
