地方产业集群是一个动态的开放系统,它以特定的方式嵌入全球价值链中,并通过改变自身在全球价值链中嵌入的位置和组织方式,实现集群的升级。通过对嵌入全球价值链的宁波服装产业集群发展的分析,说明全球价值链是我国地方产业集群参与国际分工、并与发达国家(地区)相关集群实现互动发展的桥梁。

The local industry clusters is a dynamic open system, which inserts in the global value chain in its specific way. Upgrading clusters can be realized by changing itself the position and the method of organization in the global value chain. The author analyzes the development of Ningbo clothing industry clusters in the global value chain and indicates that the global value chain bridges the local industry clusters with the international division of labor and interacts with developed countries related as well.
